We are seeking to hire a CCO Staff member who will minister to Duquesne University students, working in partnership with a local Pittsburgh church. This individual will serve as a member of the church's staff leadership team, disciple students, and provide and develop strategic ways for community members to be connected to students. They will also provide leadership for the church's music and worship ministry.

We are seeking to hire a CCO Staff member who will minister to Duquesne University students, working in partnership with a local Pittsburgh church. This individual will serve as a member of the church's staff leadership team, disciple students, and provide and develop strategic ways for community members to be connected to students. They will also provide leadership for the church's music and worship ministry.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses a vibrant faith in Jesus Christ, has strong people skills, is an effective communicator, enjoys collaboration, and has a drive for Kingdom mission. One to three years ministry experience is preferred, and bachelor's degree is required.

The partnering church is non-denominational in affiliation, reformed in theology, and deeply committed to partnering with God and others to make Kingdom impact both near and far. Their culture is leadership intensive and their staff is committed to helping the people of God live into their vocations in the places they live, learn, work, serve and play.
