Overview

Ligonier Ministries is seeking to grow its Care Team. As a specialized team of knowledgeworkers and relationship builders, the Care Team is responsible for handling a variety of requests from new and existing constituents across multiple platforms. A Care Team member will use their knowledge of products and events as well as stellar customer service skills to listen, respond, resolve, and pray with constituents.

Description

Requirements include:

  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
  • A strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • A professional and friendly attitude, able to quickly and effectively develop a rapport with customers over the phone
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to walk someone though basic technical questions
