The Director of Worship will assist the lead pastor in planning and conducting weekly worship services. This person will provide leadership and oversight to all worship teams, while creating musically excellent and theologically rich worship services.
Work with the pastoral staff in planning and conducting weekly worship services.
Enlist, equip, and motivate others to serve in the various areas of worship ministry
Provide oversight toward creating a culture of excellence with worship team members.
Ensure the church is being led in Spirit-filled, Christ-exalting worship that skillfully combines God's Word with music.
Plan and lead rehearsals and training for all worship volunteers.
Input worship lyrics into ProPresenter software for each worship service.

Relevant experience leading music in a local church environment
Willing to support and submit to the leadership of the lead pastor
Proficient in ProPresenter and Planning Center (or a willingness to quickly learn thesoftware used by Crossroads)
Fully participates in the life of the church as an active covenant member (Sundaygatherings, growth groups, tithing, etc.)
