Ligonier Ministries is seeking a full-time Events Coordinator to support the daily needs of our events team. This individual will oversee logistics for varied events within the ministry including, contracting of AV and F&B details for small donor events, printing/shipping of various materials for ministry events, coordinating staff travel to conferences, and overseeing exhibitor communications for conferences. The Event Coordinator understands that even the smallest detail affects the success and feel of an event.

This position is located in Central Florida.


Requirements include:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with a comparable organization
  • Excellent organizational and detail management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions and seek detailed responses
  • A strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Ability to interact both professionally and personally with valued ministry constituents
  • Ability to execute administrative tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Familiarity with contracting resort meeting space and coordinating AV and F&B details for small events
  • Ability to work under stress and deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Ability to problem-solve effectively
  • Ability to negotiate pricing with vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
