GrowTH is a partnership of churches in Tower Hamlets that want to see homeless men andwomen off the streets and flourishing in homes of their own. Churches work together to provide avolunteer-run night shelter for seven months of the year. Homeless men and women are referred into the shelter where they receive food, shelter and support. All guests in our shelter receiveresettlement assistance; help in trying to secure more permanent accommodation. As well as offering practical help, as a church-run shelter we offer spiritual help to guests, through conversation,prayer and optional Bible studies.

Our Advocate Workers make it all happen. They are employed to co-ordinate the night shelter and provide the resettlement assistance. Could you join our small supportive team and be part of seeing the lives of homeless men and women transformed?

Salary: £18,000 plus basic pension. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.On call on the phone only 6pm to 10pm Monday to Sunday one week in three.Website:
