About this role


  • Assists in Financial information recording
  • Perform general office work
  • Orders and maintains supplies for staff and church
  • Assists with maintaining and reporting from church database, including membership, attendance records, etc.
  • Exercises tact, courtesy and diplomacy in receiving and making calls
  • Responsible for writing, designing and/or editing of church content and correspondence, including the weekly bulletin
  • Manage church and facility online calendar/scheduling
  • Assist with church website content, as well as social media content
  • Insure maintenance of door locks, keys and key checkout procedure
  • Contact point for benevolence calls
  • Assisting all teams and committees of NFBC
  • Assist with the coordination of church events, ministry events, baptisms, communion, child dedication, etc.
  • Work to create and develop future ministry opportunities
  • Help oversee and coordinate events: weddings, funerals, etc.
